Policy Notice

Wage and Hour Policy Letters (WHPL’s) are listed to allow an individual to gain information about specific topics. These documents provide direction to Wage and Hour staff and may require background information for accurate use. If you would like to request a copy of a WHPL, you may do so by contacting the nearest Wage and Hour Office. It is in your best interest to review the particulars of your situation with a Wage and Hour Investigator to ensure that you properly apply the policy.
