DVR Interested in services

After submitting your referral, you will be contacted by your local office. They will assist you in completing the orientation process either by phone, email, mail, or in-person, depending on what works best for you.

If you are currently a client of DVR, please contact your counseling team or local office directly.

Vocational Rehabilitation is a voluntary program. If you know someone who might be interested in VR services, please refer them to the DVR website. A Self-Referral should not be submitted on behalf of an individual without their permission
