Individual Case Management System

The Individual Case Management (ICM) system is a comprehensive system administered by the Division of Business Partnerships (DBP) and supports the processes associated with delivering grant funded workforce development services to clients. Including:

  • Tracking clients participating in DBP provided grant programs
  • Documenting expenditures relative to training the Alaskan workforce
  • Satisfying federal and state reporting mandates
  • Reconciliation of client information with source documentation


How do I obtain permission to access ICM?
Complete, sign and scan the following form, ICM - LAN Work Order Form, and send a copy to the applicable Program Coordinator (see links on right). They will approve authorization to use ICM and forward the form to the DBP Tech Unit for appropriate security access setup. They may, at their discretion, schedule training. Your User Name and Password will be provided by the DBP Tech Unit.
